Position Overview:
  • Responsible for the professional management of client’s occupied corporate real estate portfolio, which includes the daily supervision and management of all building and office services related activities, ensuring adherence to building policies and procedures and meeting safety, quality, and service level expectations.
  • Oversee and provide the efficient delivery of facility services while providing a best-in-class workplace for employee
  • Partner with business unit leaders and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless service execution and develop & implement best practices for facility management
  • Support the Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Action Plan, and Fire and Life Safety, proactively planning for and responding to emergencies and catastrophic events
  • Maintain efficient vendor and operational oversight and service standards and ensure adherence to lease agreements building maintenance contracts and utilities, and optimal functioning of all building systems
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operation staff & vendors, including cleaning & janitorial, mail & reprographics services, office supplies
  • Administer Corporate Services Help Desk ticketing system (ServiceNow). Ensure a managed approach to receiving & resolving workplace maintenance & service requests
  • Responsible for office physical security duties including onboarding/registering and terminating employees in security database, maintaining security database, and troubleshooting card reader issues
  • Actively identify and recommend service improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement, risk mitigation, industry trends and other factors that impact workplace effectiveness (Client, lighting, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ensure industry-leading training & development of in-house and 3rd party facility operations teams
  • Take on additional responsibilities in support the overall Corporate Services delivery model
  • Manage the firm's relationships with Building Property Managers for operations and maintenance
  • Manage the invoice process for all vendors, ensuring accurate billing to the appropriate department and invoice approvals
  • 5 years of facilities management experience in the Manhattan class A office market; experience working in financial services company preferred
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively in both in verbal and written forms
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to others to understand their perspectives
  • Candidate will have a strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, Lighting Control and Client operation and experience directing third party vendors as needed
  • Professional presence, enthusiastic and curious demeanor with a positive approach to getting things done
  • Effective vendor management focused on the delivery of flawless customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
