Position Overview:
  • Coordinate and oversee documentation management functions as detailed below to ensure client compliance and delivery of integration projects.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure project leads include documentation and training timelines to project plan.
  • Support the revision and creation of the documentation that includes, but not limited to, issuance of documentation template, formatting, verify references, history and scope, routing for review and approval in accordance with Client procedural document process.
  • Coordinate documentation and training periodic review process with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Review training plans, identify curricula and send to Training Specialist for SuccessFactors load.
  • Ensure document is released with an effective date sufficient time for training.
  • Send out the communication to all impacted groups of the procedural change.
 
Qualifications:
  • Required demonstration of excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and capability of managing multiple assignments, as well as demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and computer competence.
  • Self-direction with the ability to take initiative and managing deadlines and stakeholders is required.
  • Ability to create effective change in a team based collaborative environment.
  • 2 year college degree with a minimum of 2 year experience is preferred.
  • Technical writing in a GMP/GXP environment.
  • Working knowledge of common computer systems and Microsoft Office is required.
