Position Overview:
  • Responsible for the administration of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training and documentation program.
  • Responsible for fulfilling training requests and processing training documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Document Management System.
  • Performs day-to-day functions to coordinate the GMP Training and QA Document Control department and performs data entry and verification (electronic and print).
  • Administrator for the ComplianceWire and SuccessFactors LMS, and the electronic training management request system, and Veeva document management system.
  • Performs revisions to Documentation in Veeva.
  • Assists in the collection and compilation of data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintains training records according to document retention plan.
  • Coordinates registration process and scheduling of GMP training courses.
  • Supports the GMP Training department process and programs.
  • Assists with new hire onboarding training processes.
  • Provides support for site training events.
  • Responds to LMS system related questions and troubleshooting.
  • Recognizes and resolves training related discrepancies.
  • Performs all other tasks as assigned.
  • Will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Two years of relevant work experience required, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP guidance and regulations.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to retrieve and input data.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate a document management system (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to learn from mistakes and actively listen.
  • Requires flexibility and ability to multi-task.
  • Able to solve routing problems.
  • Presentation and delivery skills.
  • Basic skills in design, development, and implementation of training material.
  • Requires technical writing skills.
  • Requires strong qualitative training skills: responsiveness, enthusiasm, humor, sincerity, honesty, flexibility and tolerance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using eLearning design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe creative cloud applications)
