Position Overview:
  • Part of a team that's evolving the omni-channel capabilities approach to customer engagement by enabling cross channel content strategy to improve customer experience and drive better relationships with our customers across all touchpoints of contact including but not limited to digital, call center, face-to-face, print etc.
  • Rather than channels working in isolation, they are designed, orchestrated and customized to the customer.
  • Will focus on capability evolution to enable these experiences.
  • Accountable for the delivery and support of interactive omni-channel capabilities (e.g. IVA, Rep Trigger Emails, Remote Engagements, new channels, etc.)
  • Responsible for tracking project deliverables, obtaining business requirements and costs estimates for existing, new, and out of scope deliverables.
  • Helping omni-channel capability leads prepare and position successful pilots to scale across the organization.
  • Support the test and learn pilot team (e.g. marketing automation, content evolution, voice, etc.) that enhance omni-channel customer engagement.
  • Project manage initiatives by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to establish and create key performance indicators measuring the success/learnings on assigned initiatives.
  • Partner with key connection points across matrix partners  to facilitate the execution of initiatives.
  • Interface with different levels of leadership on assigned initiatives to provide status and issue identification.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Helps drive the innovation culture and coordinates with business and omni-channel capability leads to develop innovative omni-channel capabilities with a metrics/analytics driven approach.
  • Supports the initial creation, socialization and onboarding of operating models, capability roadmaps and Medical, Legal, Regulatory Standards processes for identified capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for synergies and collaboration within and across markets within a the omini-channel ecosystem
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of omni-channel capabilities.
  • Identify, execute and manage budget for assigned capabilities
  • Monitor project status and budget and provide regular reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions
 
Qualifications:
  • Responsibility and minimum number of years 3+ years' experience focused on Digital execution, exposure to digital strategy/roadmaps, op models, (medical, legal, regulatory), digital analytics, omni-channel digital marketing operations execution, Innovation
  • 2+ years in direct project/program management role
  • Experience in interfacing with different parts of organization driving digital projects
  • 4 year bachelor's degree required
 
Skills:
  • Exposure to dealing with digital agencies, capability vendors, and cross-functional support teams
  • Proven track record of coordinating and collaboration across multiple teams to drive digital projects
  • Proven track record of project managing the planning, prioritization of new omni-channel capabilities within a matrixed organization.
  • development/execution through effective project management and internal negotiation skills to build consensus, resolve conflicts and manage expectations
  • Exposure to navigating the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process as related to omni-channel capabilities
  • Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
  • Software that must be used independently and without assistance (e.g., Microsoft Suite) Microsoft Suite, Workfront
