Job Title: Digital Capability Manager
Location: Nassau Park Blvd Princeton, NJ 08543
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Duration: 2 years contract (possible temp to hire)
 
Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience

  • Experience with the cloud and AWS

  • Min 3 years of project management experiences, i.e. understanding the business need, defining a creative and useful software solution, and promoting the product to the user community and management.

  • Understanding of business strategy development techniques.

  • Application Delivery – Project Type Delivery experience

  • Working with Business partners –Higher level project coordination experience

  • Pharma background is a big plus               

 
Responsibilities:

  • Strong skills in building and maintaining successful networks and relationships with key leaders across a single functional area to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered.

  • Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.

  • Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication.

  • Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.

  • Command of project management techniques and tools.

  • Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems documentation and conveys this information to technical team for translation into programming languages or implements into COTS technologies.

  • Identifies process, technology and organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.

  • Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least one medium-to-large software project.

  • Partner with the business area to develop and manage the IT project portfolio and deliver new or enhanced business capabilities that directly support the strategic vision.

  • Develops business justification for potential projects with detailed cost and benefit analysis

  • Facilitates planning, design, development, delivery, and support activities for IT solutions across all relevant business functions

  • Manages the IT project development lifecycle to ensure cost-effective use of technology investments and contribute to standards and methodologies to facilitate the rapid delivery of solutions

  • Establish relationships with key leaders across the functional area to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered

  • Technical acumen regarding IT services specific to cloud technologies. Previous experience implementing cloud based IT projects highly desirable.
