Position Overview:
  • This will support the Digital and Data Management organization within Client Life Science Quality Organization by using a collaborative, hands on, problem solving based approach to identify and execute key objectives facilitating various team functions.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical organizational support to teams managing a variety of time sensitive critical tasks in a matrixed cross functional environment
  • Facilitate documentation support and provide accountability and traceability for key initiatives
  • Tracking of data requirements across functional areas, including documentation of open tasks and issue resolution
  • Communication of ongoing LSQD initiatives to key stakeholders
  • Develop a deep knowledge in end to end business processes related to LSQD initiatives
  • Assign priorities to tasks and issues as they arise and keep the team informed about the most relevant ones
  • Respond to issues with urgency and with focus on problem solving and process improvement
  • Provide basic data analytics and KPI's to support LSQD projects and initiatives
  • Maintain a digital mindset

  • Support content development and coordination of critical business documentation such as SOP's and process mapping
  • Coordination and facilitation of meeting agendas and action items related to LSQD leadership team meetings and workshops
  • Draft communications related to key initiatives and outcomes of strategic meetings to ensure stakeholder awareness and follow through
  • Process mapping and documentation of various strategic initiatives to support the Digital and Data Management organization and associated Business Partners
  • Work collaboratively with teams in areas of data preparation and data validation, especially during periods of critical project implementations
  • Support additional Client Digital and Data Management projects and teams as required
  • Focus on areas of process improvement and data quality enrichment, communicating ideas and best practices to relevant stakeholders
 
Required Experience:
  • Experience offering solutions to challenges encountered during operational execution and time sensitive activities
  • Experience mapping and implementing processes to facilitate issue resolution
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in ERP Master Data, Product Management, E-Commerce or Customer Service
 
Preferred Experience:
  • BS/BA or CS degree
  • Master Data Creation and Change experience within SAP or other ERP Systems
  • Understanding of Data Governance Processes
  • Experience in using relevant SAP Modules or ERP Systems.
  • E-Commerce or other Digital Solution Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Experience in Data Analytics and KPI Reporting
  • Customer Facing Role Experience
  • Help Desk or Service Ticket Resolution Experience
 
Required Skills:
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Ability to effectively manage without authority to facilitate team members/stakeholders accountability to tasks and timelines
  • Ability to work under pressure effectively in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Ability to facilitate virtual and face to face meetings and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, savvy power point user
  • Demonstrated skills in prioritization and time management
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • A passion for customer focus and problem solving to ensure critical business continuity
  • Self-Motivated and Solution Oriented to help a large team with diverse skills and roles to stay on task and achieve maximum performance
