Experience leading a technology team in a high pressure, dynamic industry or business area
Lead a business facing development team to deliver new solutions to the Oil Front Office
Lead developers, business analysts and testers as part of the wider team within Oil Europe and Finance Information Technology and Services to define and document requirements, lead Scrums and implement them in production.
Contribute to analysis, design and development of systems, business processes, data and interfaces.
Build and revise project plans for software development, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
Work closely with partners, including senior leaders in IT&S and commercial teams, to agree project objectives and ensure effective and efficient implementation of project.
Agree and meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements
Knowledge of IBM Solution Delivery Framework
