Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service for all of our clients
  • Answer the telephone with a friendly, caring and helpful manner
  • Assist the client to resolve all issues in a timely manner with follow up and insure resolution within the department defined time frame
  • Log all client issues in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
  • Work closely with outside service providers, the departments and internal support teams to resolve clients' issues/ inquiries
  • Obtain and analyze relevant information and resolve issues with our clients and where necessary, communicating and/or escalating issues that require supervisor's attention
  • Process lockbox return items that are sent over from outsource service providers
  • Contacting the customers and advising them about the return items and requesting the final
