RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • First point of contact for customers, either in person or over the telephone.
  • Identify and address customers' immediate needs.
  • Do not sell.
  • Direct clients to appropriate colleagues who will transact
  • Meeting deadlines, completing requests as requested most accurately and timely, ambition
  • Opportunity to network while in the role, gaining experience in commercial banking and working in a project management role where exploring other opportunities may present.
  • Modern work environment, which is set up of 4 table top- open work environment.
  • Relatively new team
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technology, Excel PowerPoint a plus
  • Communication and listening skills – what needs to get done
  • Project management experience or trade experience/operations or trade services
  • Past experience is it trade
