Responsibilities:
  • Look up account information using address or BBL.
  • Research and explain amount due, payment history, exemptions and abatements
  • Review and explain bill payment history
  • Explain any changes from prior cycles
 
Qualifications:
  • Skills: Personal understanding of mortgages and taxes, including exemptions and assessments, and finance and property terminology such as liens, assessed value, tax rates, etc.   
  • Experience: Financial sector or accounting services
