  • Excellent typing/key boarding skills needed. Accuracy is critical.
  • Attention to detail, high volume desk.
  • Excellent customer service skills, will be answering phones, greeting clients, and working with agents.
  • Scan and review/verify documents.
  • Great organizational skills required.
  • Ability to listen and take direction on managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to meet differing requirements.
  • Team player, ready to assist in any way.
  • Computer skills a must as working with many different computer systems.
