Eclaro is looking for a Contact Center Developer for our client in Atlanta, GA.

Required Experience:
  • Must have around 7- 10 years of experience in Contact Center Technologies (preferably Avaya) encompassing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) VXML Nuance ASR/TTS Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
  • Good to have experience in NICE Call Recording IVR
