RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of technology for the Compliance Management department; by ensuring solutions provide for proper data warehousing, ease of data retrieval, accuracy of reporting for regulatory requirements, creating dashboards and other requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure that the inventory of applicable regulations for Client is accounted for.
  • Develop and maintain a technology solution to document regulatory requirements, associated activities and execution statuses for each regulation.
  • Create analytics around the inventory of applicable regulations and the status of compliance.
  • Use data analytics tools to ensure that compliance, risk, and mitigating activities are balanced, managed, and consistently advanced.
  • Ensure Client is not only current but ahead of the curve in its usage and understanding of big data and its applicability to compliance, risk, and governance.
  • Collaborate with other groups that have responsibilities for verifying compliance and incorporate or manage changes necessary to ensure technology solutions promote best practice or verbatim compliance as applicable.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Management team and other groups to ensure that compliance reports foster changes that promote mitigation of risk and compliance processes or activities.
