Position Overview:
  • This role is for a Compliance Coordinator for the Insights & Market Research processes.
  • The person in this role will help ensure that the market research processes and protocols are being followed by market research project managers and by market research vendors.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Highlights of specific job duties include:
    • Support vendor management process and internal effectiveness. Examples include: adverse event training checks for vendor partners, monitoring adverse event reporting/reconciliation process and controls, and ongoing monitoring/analyzing of adverse event reconciliation metrics
    • Review adverse event reconciliation documentation for inconsistencies in project data
    • Work with vendor partners conducting primary market research to ensure their employees have completed training
    • Ensure research documents and compliance forms are appropriately and timely saved in the Knowledge Management System
    • Monitor reports for compliance requirements and ensure completion of necessary steps
    • Various projects, as required
 

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in relevant field of study or equivalent required
  • 3 years of compliance experience, primary market research experience a plus
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of compliance requirements for the industry strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project Management skills (PMP certification preferred, but not required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel a plus
  • Global experience in working across cultures (US, Europe and Asia) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in complex situations, gather potential solutions from a variety of sources, and synthesize to develop key recommendations
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to deliver timely and accurate information and analyses
