Position Overview:
  • Focus on product ownership and operations to support a single marketing destination where our field force can easily create personalized multi-channel communications with highly relevant, coordinated messages that allow them to prospect and nurture relationships.
  • The position will be accountable for the day-to-day operations to support the current agent digital tools ecosystem, while also supporting the build of the future state.

  • Partnering with the team of Digital Product Owners, Technology partners and Digital Marketers responsible for maximizing the company's investment in our integrated agent marketing toolset
 
Responsibilities:
  • Product releases: review and assess product release enhancements, notify relevant parties of any implications and impacts to current functionality, work with Field Marketing for any change management communications
  • Marketing operations management: tasks span from these key areas, but may be more expansive based on need 1. address product access issues for field and home office individuals, and troubleshoot working with technology 2. maintain lists/reports in support of the Sales opportunity updates 3. track defects and work with technology team to troubleshoot and resolve 4. research and understand product features, user experience and downstream system connections as it pertains to field supervision
  • Backlog grooming and user story definition: either individually, or in partnership with other Product Owners and/or stakeholders, create and refine requirements for product features which can be easily understood by our Technology team
  • Marketing reports & dashboards: provide weekly inputs into the marketing dashboards, understand all marketing reports in-platform in order to support internal stakeholders, request enhancements and provide SME knowledge
  • Research marketing technologies: Research and understand new marketing technologies as prioritized by Marketing in order to assess need of sponsorship and prioritization
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team comprised of digital product owners, technology partners, digital marketers and marketing analytics team members
 
Required Skills:
  • Understanding of sales and marketing technologies
  • Knowledge of Marketing technologies for email and social (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of relationship management/CRM technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud experience preferred)
  • Self-starter, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and passionate about driving change
  • Strong verbal and written communications, combined with technical acumen, understanding of leading marketing tools and platforms
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • System/process oriented, problem solver, ability to manage multiple initiatives and balance the need to work strategically and hands-on
 
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience working in a scaled agile delivery framework (SAFe) using agile software (Jira) or the equivalent preferred
