Commercialization Project Manager

DELIVERABLES:
  • Form and track timelines, flag at risk projects
  • Enable integration of cross-functional, cross-market and tumor-biomarker team efforts
  • Create Worldwide Plan templates, dashboards (including reporting to leadership)
  • Create local market implementation plans, templates, dashboards
  • Generate launch critical assets and slides
  • Summaries of equipment landscape, TMB go-to-market strategy, market preferences for TMB, etc.
  • Launch timing & prioritization, GECI centers
  • Prepare stakeholders for various leadership meetings
  • TMB governance model, TMB ambition and strategy, TMB trials, Biomarkers across tumors, etc.
  • Organize meetings (3+): Determine agendas, prepare slides, ensure readiness, facilitate, follow up
  • TMB Commercialization strategy (biweekly), TMB Core team (weekly)
  • Access team meetings (every three weeks)
  • Ad-hoc for integration of efforts: TMB/Lung Medical, US/WW medical, various topics (LDT, report, label etc.)
  • Leadership meeting readouts (6 meetings)
  • CLT (monthly), TMB Steer. Co (biweekly), WWBT (monthly), IM LT (monthly), EMAC (Ad-hoc), IT (weekly)
  • Determine agendas, create content, prepare slides, ensure readiness on time, track action items
