Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for processing user access requests and performing system administration activities
  • Manage the User Access Management (UAM) queue
  • Manage the UAM mailbox
  • Timely and accurate processing of UAM requests for the clinical platform
  • Timely and accurate creation and configuration of studies on the clinical platform
  • Timely and accurate creation of study sites on the clinical platform
  • Manage elearning assignments for Clinical Platform applications and roles
  • Triage problems/issues/questions received from business functions regarding user access management, study creation and site creation on the clinical platform
  • Support setup of UAT accounts, studies and sites as needed in the clinical platform test environment
  • Execute UAT testing for Clinical Platform modules and UAM workflow tool as needed
  • Develop I maintain system administration manuals and trainings
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and prioritization skills and be able to work independently with limited oversight
  • 2+ years of Clinical System Administration experience (user management, study creation, site creation, etc.)
  • Ability to recognize similarities in questions I problems raised and determine when escalation
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies I ambiguity in data provided and determine when additional information
  • Possesses high level initiative and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) , with the ability to communicate across multiple functions and levels
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate; familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (proficiency in Excel)
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Medidata Clinical Cloud Platform (iMedidata, CloudAdmin, RaveX, Coder, etc.)
