Call Center Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide very basic assistance over the phone, centered around password resets, unlocking user accounts, and sending more advanced questions to more knowledgeable resources (will have access to a "call tree” to assist with directing calls/phone triage).
  • Provide phone triage
  • Works well in fast paced environment


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Call center experience required
  • Experience with high call volume required
  • Must have background with high call volume and call center experience. See above
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, works well in team environment
  • Familiar with password resets and unlocking user accounts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Dependable, reliable and professional
