  • Collect and analyze data to support reviews of the Wealth Management Operations organization and firm-wide initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations of strategic updates to leadership
  • Attend various meetings in order to document meeting minutes and action items
  • Produce timely deliverables in adherence to project deadlines
  • Support process and technology integration initiatives as needed
  • Maintaining, coordinating and organizing of department documentation materials
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Familiarity with Banking Services industry, including deposits, investments, and lending businesses
  • Experience working in large scale and global project settings
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to tight deadlines
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Understands operational activities related to securities products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Options, etc.
  • Experience with Middle Office and Custody operations trade support and understands how securities settle in domestic and foreign markets
  • Experience working with Wealth Management Operations
  • Responding to Front Office inquiries and liaising with our 3rd party providers
  • Update or write procedures (key operating procedures) as needed
  • Plan and deliver on project deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with other members of client both verbally and through email
  • Perform work in an accurate and timely manner with appropriate supervision
  • Basic understanding of project management a plus
  • Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
  • Can think out of the box
  • Can act in a professional setting within a corporate culture
  • Ability to work as a team in a diverse environment
  • Basic computer literacy including at least mid-level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to review and resolve various reconciliation breaks
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal) as appropriate
  • Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams
  • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
  • Understands the nature of risks and controls
