Position Overview: The Oncology Discovery group at Client is setting up a new drug discovery laboratory in Cambridge, MA to target resistance mechanisms to immunotherapies for cancer. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to enable laboratory readiness. The Assistant Research Scientist will support activities such as identifying vendors, ordering supplies and reagents, organizing laboratory bench space etc. The candidate will be expected to engage colleagues proactively to establish a fully functional biology laboratory.

Qualifications:
  • B.S. with a minimum of 0-1 years of experience.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and record keeping skills is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of the biology laboratory setting is preferred
