Position Overview:
  • Responsible for managing data in the CRM (Salesforce) and client’s portal (a newly developed proprietary system) including (manual) integrations to and reconciliations with our accounting systems, data sources managed by external administrators, and business intelligence tools.
  • Will also help drive data, process, and technology improvements, as well as identify and track enhancements to the newly developed eSubdocs platform (on Salesforce).

Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end investor onboarding process, including coordination with sales, legal, controllers, and information technology:
    • Configure products and legal entities in accordance with Client-best practices and associated legal documents
    • Onboard investors, investments, transactions, and contacts onto CRM, including associated reconciliations
    • Onboard new/changed data points captured by external administrators, including reconciliations
    • Develop and automate onboarding status reports for self-service by sales, controllers, legal, and other stakeholders
    • Ensure client's portal set-up for new investors/contacts
    • Review and validate all investor transfers
  • Adopt/fully integrate eSubdocs platform to replace manual onboarding responsibilities:
    • Establish controls to replace manual reconciliation efforts
    • Identify key integration points across systems
    • Develop dashboards to support a proactive (versus reactive) process
  • Continuously assess processes, technologies, and data quality to define and document enhancement requirements:
    • Manage data quality projects with minimal oversight and strong follow-through
    • Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for the team in support of the operating model redesign

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related technical/data analytics/reporting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with sales operations and associated metrics/reporting
  • Notable experience with CRM data management
  • Experience working with technology teams for requirements gathering/UAT
  • Project management experience, including proactive communication and follow-through
  • Proven in teamwork, flexibility, rigor, detail orientation, and continuous improvement
  • Strong data mining, detail orientation, problem-solving, follow-through, and analytical skillsets
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, eFront, Investran, SQL, VBA Macros, Alteryx, Power BI, MicroStrategy
  • Basic understanding of fund Accounting/Private Equity/Alternative Investments
