Associate Customer Support (Part Time)


Join the Eclaro Team! Eclaro is looking for an Associate Customer Support for our client in Blythewood, SC. This is a contract position located at our client's site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initial point of contact after the sale of the policy includes but is not limited to:
  • Recognizing exposure and asking the appropriate, probing questions.
  • Documenting specific details of call interaction, processing endorsements, answering billing questions and taking payments, excellent phone etiquette, and dedication to customer service, and strong problem solving abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills to include the ability to diffuse and assist irate callers.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Answer inbound calls and field questions pertinent to an existing personal auto insurance policy and determine appropriate course of action.

PREFERRED:
  • Domain knowledge and experience of P&C Insurance.

SCHEDULE:
  • 6:30-10:30pm EST M-F and rotating Saturdays
