Our Client is looking for an ASM Administrative Assistant to work part-time hours (20 hours per week). Hours are flexible but must be within core office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include making copies, scanning documents, filing, composing memos and/or drafting letters, looking-up data using proprietary software, electronic indexing of data, and other functions as directed by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years of work experience
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and other Windows based software as well as standard office equipment
  • Must be able work well in a team environment.
