Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for production environment
  • Responsible for triaging application issues and driving to get to the root cause of issues impacting our space
  • Responsible for improving the application monitoring to make sure we are able to detect and triage production issues within SLA
  • Drives stability by detecting issues and working with partner teams to implement the improvements
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Application support or Development background
  • Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML
  • Basic scripting skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Application monitoring experience
  • Knowledge with monitoring tools like Splunk, Intorscope & Appdynamics
