Explanation for Position: Lead Application Developer for RDM Project

Details of Position:
Supplements current leadership by assisting in the management and coordination of PMO responsibilities for the project / program. Activities include tracking overall project plan, reporting on cost estimates, reporting and coordination of risks, issues and action items, and status reporting. Understands component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements and ensure compliance. Experienced in different application development methodologies and techniques, from requirements to testing. Capable of effective communication with business users, application development team, support teams, and executive management.

Manage PMO responsibilities for the project. Activities include managing overall
project plan, cost estimates, risk analysis, contributing application teams,
presentations and status. Additionally, provide leadership in full systems life cycle
management. Directs component and data architecture design, technology planning,
and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business
requirements and ensure compliance. Develops and leads AD project activities and
integrations with systems. Guides teams to ensure effective communication and
achievement of objectives. Lead junior team members with project related activities
and tasks.
