AMI Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Track all the work items outside the scope of major releases for all AMI applications including but not limited to MAMS, Profield, SDPG, MDMS & HES
  • Coordinate with various Vendors & internal IT teams for Application Specific Sprints
  • Coordinate with Client / Business for UAT of the work items in these Sprints as well as those outside the Sprints
  • Coordinate with Vendor / Internal IT teams for Prod Release of the Sprints (as applicable)
  • Coordinate for UAT for work items that require testing across applications including legacy applications
  • Coordinate for Prioritization of work items specific to O&R through weekly meetings specific to O&R work items
  • Track work items outside the vendor releases separately and ensure they don't fall through the cracks (especially Reports, Data Correction etc)
  • Publish daily status report & drive the daily status call on work items specific to Prod Support
  • Escalate Risks & Suggest Mitigation
  • Suggest Process improvements & help in implementing the changes required

  • Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis (for minor Enhancements)
  • Hands on with Rational especially CCM Module
  • Coordinate / Support UAT
  • Conduct War Room Sessions

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of AMI Applications
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (especially SCRUM)
  • Testing of Cloud Based Applications & Mobile / Handheld Applications
  • Good Communication Skills - Ability to communicate at various levels
  • Get things done in a non-intrusive way
  • Work Closely with various teams including Vendors, Internal IT teams, Client, Customer Ops, QA & PMO
