Position Overview:
  • This role will support the HR Operations team (compensation, benefits and HR Information Systems) in an administrative capacity
  • Administrative support such as lunch orders, supplies, difficult-to-schedule meetings, etc.
  • Scanning (going forward and backlog)
  • Communication help examples: compensation staffing adjustment letters, mail merges, assembling mailings, collecting and sorting checks, moving content from old SharePoint sites to new
  • Form processing examples: Paid volunteer time, Employment verifications
  • Other projects as needed
Required Skills:
  • Answering HR Services calls with pleasant customer service
  • Proficient Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities from different sub-teams
