Postion Overview:
Seeking candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and drive for administrative support to Kalamazoo Procurement Team.Sourcing support and reporting for large capital project. Invoicing resolution including interfacing with suppliers and Accounts Payable as needed. General administrative support including generating presentations for procurement leadership team in Kalamazoo.


Responsibilities:
  • Under direction of the large capital project team for Modular Aseptic Processing capital project (10 year, $465MM project); assist with procurement sourcing documentation
  • Track progress of project and prepare reports as needed
  • Resolve invoicing issues related to the suppliers
  • General administrative support to procurement team as needed
Organizational Relationships:
  • Primary objective is supporting the MAP Procurement team, which includes 5 Procurement Colleagues
  • Secondary objective is using excess capacity to support entire procurement team, which includes 10 other potential colleagues; primarly the leadership team and invoicing resolution for all colleagues
  • Will require interaction with suppliers, Pharmaceutical Engineering & Operations and other stakeholders
Required Skills:
  • Professionalism/Work Ethic more important than education level
  • Team leader - great communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills - Excel (tracking data) & presentations
  • Resolving invoicing errors or SAP exp – PLUS
  • flexibility with work schedule - days/times
