  • Responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, note taking, meeting minutes, maintaining contact lists and team rosters, distributing memos and minutes as appropriate.
  • Able to perform light data entry, research, and generate reports/slide decks as needed.
  • 4-7 years or more of relevant work experience.
  • Direct experience supporting staff in an administrative assistant role.
  • Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with processing invoices is desired.
  • Performs additional general office duties as assigned including travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP/Ariba, SharePoint, MS Teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email and Internet protocol is required.
