Position Overview:
  • The Project Manager, WW Hematology Medical, is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support for assigned projects across different Hematology Disease Areas.
  • Collaborates with the Therapeutic Area Leaders and product leads to ensure implementation and execution of project activities and quality deliverables as defined by the Medical Affairs Plans.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related experience. Prior medical affairs experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, ability to take initiative and able to work autonomously
  • Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a variety of programs and a large group of diverse people.
  • Experienced cross functional project involvement
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative, technical and scientific support to the WW Medical Myeloid Team, including, but not limited to:
  • Advisory Boards logistics, vendor coordination, HCPs contracting, legal and compliance validation
  • Supporting internal approval process (Grant & Donations, Contracts with external customers, Contract with vendors)
  • Preparation of internal meeting agendas; drafting, circulating, and finalizing meeting minutes
  • Tracking and managing WW Medical Myeloid budget aligning and interacting with key stakeholders in the finance department (e.g. OPG grid management)
  • Tracking and organizational management of team related deliverables (e.g. congress attendance; tracking of due dates; follow-up and timely execution)
  • Maintaining and tracking internal files/archives, including management of document repositories (e.g. SharePoint)

  • Competencies Required:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Health System and Health Care decision Making
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and Compliance environment
