Position Overview:
  • This is a multitasking role for. The role comprises of the administrative tasks and MIS reporting related to T&E.
  • Main responsibility will be arranging business travel & managing expense reporting for employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Process requests for travel arrangements via email/voice instruction from employees.
  • Process amendments for travel arrangements with Travel Desk.
  • Coordinating with employees on various administrative queries pertaining to travel.
  • Timely approval of travel.
  • Process expenses received from employees.
  • Support the team in problem solving which arise from travel and expenses
  • Preparation of monthly reporting related to travel undertaken by employees when required by Manager.
  • Work with Business Management and administration.
  • Timely updates to BM and Administrative community.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to converse clearly with regional and global employees.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience of working in multi-tasking, KPI-driven, performance-metric focused, timeliness and quality focused environments.
  • Experience of performing basic business/administrative processes a bonus.
  • Experience with arranging/structuring travel a bonus.
  • Strong in detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to service and supporting employees when solving their travel issues.
  • Proficient in online applications and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize heavy workloads to ensure optimum service delivery.
