The Research Marketing Associate with assist the Head of Research Marketing in organizing and managing the Latin American Research product and services as well as the marketing of macro products into the Americas. This would include tracking upcoming Latin America and Global Research, monitoring all Client research published and understanding major themes to advise sales force of relevance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Frequent ad hoc projects
• Ad hoc management reports and analysis
• Organize and manage Roundtable development sessions for analysts and associates
• Daily updates to earnings calendar during earnings season
• Manage day-to-day logistics for the Directed Call program between sales and research
• Produce sales cheat sheets for major pieces of Research.
• Compile Pitch Sheets for the Research Analysts for marketing purposes.
• Organize and manage all aspects of the daily morning meeting including summarizing recent publications & facilitating the meeting as needed.
• Plan, organize and manage all stages of teach-ins and conference calls

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
  • Research Analysts/Associates, Equity Sales & Trading, Research Production/Distribution
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Looking for someone who has recently graduated from a University, no further experience needed. We need people who just majored in any finance field, who really want an opportunity to grow and are organized
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong decision making, problem solving and project management skills
• Ability to operate under pressure, multi-task, and be driven
• Detail & Result oriented
• Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred
