Records Management

This person will be working in an administrative capacity assisting with pricing, quotes, data entry, communication releases, etc. for the Global Ops team. Their team oversees Environmental Health/Safety, Security and Site Maintenance.


Floor plans / stacking plans
EAMS updates as follows:
1) Asset entry
2) PM modifications
3) PM entry
4) Reports
5) Procedure updates
Asset transfers for new facility
Spot audits on work orders

GDMS document coordinator
LIS records scanning/loading in GDMS and routing for approvals
Asset inventory walk-down

Cost center budget tracking (+ Excel)
Creating misc. purchase orders

EHS training matrix upates
Instructor led training-scheduling and set up
EHS supply ordering
Vendor coordination for permit training
E-Squad maintenance & roster updates
Hazardous waste labels for supply carts
ILT class reminders to attendees
New hire EHS training compliance and follow up for completion
P2L updates for training completions
First Aid kits and safety island checks
AED checks
Headcount report and enter hours into Medgate
EHS GAP training reports St. Louis-EHS training reports for Pharm
Sci, GO, PGS and others
Verify all SOP/SOIs versions are same in P2L and global repositiory
Prepare EHS orientation handouts
Medical Surveillance with LaJolla
MSDS document management
Updates to Safety Inspections on SharePoint
Ergonomic P2L updates
P2L reporting
Medgate report and routing
PM's on AED units

Bldg. inspections/walk throughs
Flowcharts/job plans
Spreadsheet data entry
Nameplates + signage-adds/moves/changes (SignWord Pro)
Back up for Esign publications (DesignStudio)
Back up for Small Doses publications
Misc/unknown site mail distribution
Assist with small works projects - vendor follow up
GIDM record updates
