Project Manager

The Project Manager shall be responsible for tracking, reporting, coordination and overall project execution across all work streams associated with SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager in a Global environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meetings:
  • Schedule and host weekly team meeting
    • Schedule and host bi-weekly JIRA sessions
    • Schedule and host inter-project team meetings as required
    • Participate as required in identified meeting impacting project
    • Manage project schedule
  • Budget management, including forecasts and schedules
  • Manage and track all project risks, action items and issues
  • Manage project SharePoint sites
  • Work with various stakeholders from junior to senior levels from with the IT organization, communications and various businesses.
  • Communicate regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the implementation.
  • Report status to program management office weekly
Author and manage all project scope documentations, including:
  • Security Documentation
  • Stakeholder Communications
  • Architecture Documents
  • Meeting Minutes
    • Manage all project communications
    • Provide metrics and dashboards
    • Submit and manage all required infrastructure hardware and software
    • Manage bi-weekly project status, risk and task management in Clarity tool
    • Manage 3rd party and vendor relationships
  • Project and resource planning and management
  • Managing one or more projects and project teams
  • Understanding of it infrastructure related products and technologies
  • Disciplined and structured approach to planning, risk, issue tracking and management
  • Assessment and mitigation of risks & dependencies
  • Running technical and non-technical projects

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Written, Oral Skills
  • Experience Working With Global Teams For A Large Corporation
  • Experience Managing Multi-Million Dollar Desktop/Server Infrastructure Projects
  • Budget Management, Including Forecasts And Schedules
  • Vendor Management Experience
  • Strong Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to articulate and validate in an interview
  • Banking/financial experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office suite, SharePoint, MS project, Clarity, JIRA
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Open and transparent, self-organized working style
  • Positive attitude towards creating and maintaining project momentum
  • Able to identify and take action to force the resolution of critical issues and risks
  • Analytical skills, ability to understand technical solutions
  • Ability to work for long periods unsupervised
  • Experience with management and organization of external resources
  • Ability to build trust and respect in challenging circumstances
  • Full life-cycle project management experience from project initiation, planning and execution to project closure
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong organizational awareness and orientation
  • Ability to plan and deliver infrastructure projects through the full project life cycle
