Job Role: Service Architect, Client Telecom & Technology (T&T)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced, passionate people to join our existing presales Service Architect team in United States at a time of growth in Professional, Managed, and Field Services. This role will be focus on presales and design of Global Services. This role is about expertise in Service based solutions including ITIL processes, monitoring and delivering complex service models working with an ecosystem of partners. This is a key role, which will be Customer facing and drive quality into service design.

Location
  • This role will be located in the Atlanta, Georgia United States.
  • Travel is approximately 25% of the role but may vary.
Qualifications: MUST HAVES
  • Customer facing experience in a Service Design role including presales, Managed Service frameworks, financials and contracts expertise
  • Broad understanding of Networking solutions (Wireless LAN, Unified Communications, Cisco and other Tier 1 OEMs, Remote Monitoring & Management, Maintenance, and Deployments)
  • Good understanding of Cloud, Data Center, Mobility, Collaboration, and IoT concepts with an interest in market trends
  • Experience designing Global or multi-region services solutions
  • Experience of working with an ecosystem of partners to build an overall Services solution
  • Experience in working contract documents including master agreements, adoption agreements and service levels
  • Competent in creating and negotiating Statements of Work.
  • Ability to lead presales opportunities including service models, response content, financials, and identifying and mitigating deal risks from opportunity qualification through negotiation
  • Experience working on deals in the range of $500k to $5mil with multiple technology and service layers
  • Experience working with multiple subject matter experts to bring together service and technical components
  • Deliver a well-defined set of service design documents in a timely manner presenting an end to end seamless service
  • Support strong qualification of opportunities, managing sales and customer expectations about what we can deliver
  • Expertise on service cost models and creating innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage
  • Support producing new content including design documents, proposals and presales slide materials
  • Deep understanding of ITIL concepts
  • Comfortable delivering solution presentations to customers
  • A “can do” attitude putting the customer first
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Proficient use of Office 365 suite with expert Excel capabilities
Desirable skills
  • Technical and/or Operations background in Services
  • ITIL3 foundation certification
  • Strong Project Management skills to drive multiple work groups across multiple opportunities in a dynamic and deadline driven environment
