MAINFRAME SENIOR PROGRAMMER/ANALYST
Eclaro is looking for a Mainframe Senior Programmer/Analyst for an opportunity for our client in Paramus, New Jersey.
Explanation for Position:
Customer Technology Infrastructure (CTI) is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst with 5-8 years' IT experience to work on the Enterprise Release(ER) Initiatives for Customer Profile System (CPS). CPS is a mainframe COBOL/DB2/DB2 Stored Procedures/MQ Series/CICS application. The Senior Programmer Analyst must be knowledgeable in all aspects of full systems life cycle activities - analysis, technical requirements, design, Coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software.
Details of Position:
Candidate must have strong working knowledge of mainframe technology with hands-on work experience in COBOL, DB2 SQL and DB2 Stored Procedures. Must be knowledgeable in Batch and CICS. Must be experienced in the use of IBM/TSO Utilities, FILEAID, SYNCSORT, SPUFI, Debugging tools (e.g. Xpediter and Intertest) and Changeman etc. Must be proficient with performance monitoring tools like DB2 Detector, Omegamon for DB2 and CICS. Knowledgeable with MQ Series is a plus.
Well versed in use of development tools conforming to industry standards and IS standards. He/she must possess excellent communication skills.
