Anti-bribery and Corruption Specialist

The Anti-bribery and Corruption Specialist will assist and support the Regional Americas Anti-Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption (AFBC) in connection with a transactional and customer remediation initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Research, review, and analyze client-related information as it pertains to anti-bribery and corruption risks
  • Assist with transactional analysis and draft documents in support of same
  • Draft emails and make requests for information to the business and other internal stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, draft file and meeting notes, and assist with the preparation of files for relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with case management and reporting matters

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Law degree, strongly preferred
  • Experience with anti-bribery and corruption matters, required
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in a banking environment
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Team-player and self-starter attitude- able to act on own initiative and to learn quickly
  • Ability to handle and manage a number of different matters simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
