|Eclaro International is currently recruiting for a Home Loans Manager for one of our financial services clients.|
? Supervises a team of retail Lending Officers.
? Ensures sales goals are communicated and met.
? Provides marketing direction and strategy for local areas.
? Manage multiple sales offices within local markets and aim for a sales volume of $200MM+ annually and manage 15+ associates.
? Ability to attain Home Loans strategy by recruiting strong Lending Officers and coaching them to constantly improve production and performance, including improving customer satisfaction and cross selling other products.
? Will be responsible for some personal production but primary responsibility is leading and managing and coaching and training of associates
This position may be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
