Eclaro International is currently recruiting for DevOps Software Developer for one of our financial services clients.

POSITION SUMMARY

Individual will contribute as a senior software engineer on Dev Ops and Agile Scrum teams. Ideal candidate will have experience in software development, system administration and test engineering. Will develop high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions in the fast-paced global financial services industry. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter who enjoys innovating and constantly improving the products and processes.

Will work closely with other software engineers, architects, scrum masters and product owners in small Scrum teams and will help evolve the agile process. Will ensure products are scalable and adhere to specifications. Will coach and mentor other engineers.

Primary technology stacks: .NET and Java
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, systems administration and test engineering / strong preference for experience in all 3 domain areas
Working knowledge of DevOps
Proficient in Windows and/or Linux system administration
Master of scripting technologies
Working knowledge of automation tools
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies
Service oriented mentality / servant to the teams
Experience with Continuous Delivery
Experience with software configuration management automation
Experience with software installation automation
Experience with networking technologies
Working knowledge of agile software development methodologies
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Ability to speak developer and consultant language and translate between the two
Working knowledge of architecture and design principles
Experience with continuous improvement processes and principles, including six sigma
Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex software code and systems
Working knowledge of software testing
Expert in analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions to improve quality, stability, and reusability of code
Lead and advise other Engineering resources as part of project and sprint activities
Stays current with technology, industry trends, and shares knowledge with the team
Experience collaborating with Architecture, Product Management, and customer teams
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Ability to continually challenge status quo and drive process improvement
Demonstrated ability to think, evaluate, and solve complex technical problems

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements on this position?
Candidate who is working on continuous integration, continuous deployment. Technology- Chef as Client uses Chef or Pupet, Bash/powershell scripting, some knowledge in Ruby programming, Windows Imaging, VMware of Vsphere. Knowledge on .NET, Java programming, Automation testing on Cucumber or Specflow. Proficient in Windows and/or Linux system administration

The position is for the Interactive Teller Assist team. Assisted Service allows customers to receive all the benefits of self-service technology with personal staff interaction available as and when required. Transactions that are normally carried out at the teller line can now be fulfilled quickly and simply through advanced technology. Client Interactive Services is a set of software solutions that offers both assisted-service and self-service transactions to transform the customer banking experience. We are looking for someone to work in our Duluth, GA location. The position is within the Systems Team. We have team in Dundee and India and USA.
