Eclaro is looking for a Customer Support Representative for an opportunity for our client in Sarasota, FL.

We are looking for someone who welcomes the ability to work in a team based, call center environment, answering inbound calls and problem solving basic issues.

Job Duties:
  • Call center environment, answering inbound phone calls
  • Customers are asking about payments, billing information, copies of insurance, adding people to policies, add/delete vehicles, changing coverage
  • Work on an insurance policy management program
  • Problem solve and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements:
  • Call Center 2+ years
  • Insurance background is preferred
  • 220 or 440 license a big plus
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Background check and drug test required
