General Position Description:
Will be required to help with the outreach and understanding of analysts' needs leveraging Human Centered Design techniques. As needs of the Analytic workforce in the Offices and Mission Centers are better understood, will leverage lessons learned, partnering with training design and communications specialists, will help to develop a curriculum for this approach that can be woven into the broader culture. Additionally resource will need to be a process specialist to help map out the digital adoption pipeline for the DA for IQT, IARPA and other capabilities from conception of innovations, inception of work programs, through transition and adoption. Mandatory:
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience levering HCD techniques and approaches
  • Experience working with users providing facilitation, analysis and evaluation of their needs
  • Demonstrated experience producing surveys using a variety of methodologies, for example Kirkpatrick's Four Levels to include survey planning, design and development, and administration
  • Demonstrated experience mapping out complex business processes that cross organizational boundaries where work flow is often obscured
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing existing programs and assisting in making refinements, finding efficiencies, and improving current processes
  • Demonstrated ability to produce reports, operational flow diagrams and other forms of analysis to convey "as is " and recommendations for new work flow and processes
