Requirements and Responsibilities
• Support customers and internal users on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Troubleshoot and fix customer reported issues
• Document issue progress and resolution
• Escalate issues as needed
• Communicate with customer via email to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Update Knowledge Base with key information Minimum Requirement
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience supporting end users with technical issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Technical support experience
• Certified Salesforce administrator
