Relies heavily on manager instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job. Duties include making copies, scanning documents, filing, composing memos and/or drafting letters, looking-up data using proprietary software, electronic indexing of data, and other functions as directed by supervisor.
Job consists of multiple administrative functions.
High school diploma required
College level education preferred
2 years of work experience required
Must be proficient in the use of Word, Excel and other Windows based software as well as standard office equipment.
must be able work well in a team environment.
Part-Time position: 20 hours per week.
Hours are flexible but must be within core office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
