In the Admin Position, you will perform secretarial and administrative duties for an assigned office of the Bank.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedule appointments
  • Prepare/process correspondence
  • Distribute mail
  • File documents
  • Answer the telephone

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Proficiency in the use of PC, in particular Windows, MS Word, Excel, or Lotus, WordPerfect, and other software unique to an assigned area.

This job may be moving to Jersey City – interested candidates should be amenable to working from Jersey City.
